So presumably you could've found it with a forum search if you didn't want to look at more than four google results... don't you look at the URLs?
Sorry, harsh but fair
Or maybe not; you prolly have associated questions and it's better to post a new thread than bump an old one... although you should read and reference the old thread.
It´s from the MTB forum, where bearded lunatics reside. Don´t trust ´em over there. Bicycle Mechanics is the forum to trust...
Look, I searched Google, looked through a number of results, was unsatisfied with the information, and posted a question on here.
I did not search using ´
Shimano XTR RD-M960´ as the only search terms, I think I used ´shift compatability´ in there too. Can´t remember. Maybe my Google-fu was off.
My point is, I
always do an Internet search before posting a question on here. Sometimes my question is just to confirm what I
think I know, and oftentimes I´m sure my questions are annoying to those more expert than myself. But if that´s the case, those annoyed are welcome not to answer.
I´ve made so many mistakes as I´ve gathered more knowledge about working on bikes, and many of those mistakes could have been avoided if I´d asked a few more questions and checked a few more Google searches along the way.
Thanks all
