The only pump worth buying is the Topeak Road Morph with gauge.

The only tire levers worth buying are Pedro's.

The only patch kit worth buying is one that includes a tube of glue. Your LBS should have one for $2-3.

It's not worth carrying a multi-tool unless you know how to work on your bike yourself. Do you?

It's not worth worrying about pedals until you have a few hundred miles under your belt.

Having a cycle computer is fun, but not a necessity. Wireless computers are easier to install than wired. I like Cateye's Strada computers.
