Lol. My boss told me the same thing. He added that I should then ask him for a back rub. Sadly, I'd rather spend another $35 to have someone else do it. Rolling around on the floor with a foam roller and tennis balls does a better job.
I should mention that I prefaced my stepping away from the computer for a while by telling him "I'll be back in a bit, I'm going to go wreck my back."
