Top tube is a much more important measurement than seat tube. I am 6' also with long legs and short torso and have a hard time finding new bikes that fit. Mostly because they are square TT=ST which puts me riding a 56cm which is fine on my Vaya with the handlebars up higher but on a more traditional road bike I end up with about a four+ inch drop to the bars. That being said, it seems back in the glory days top tubes stayed shorter than seat tubes, as is apparently the case with the bike your looking at. I have two 87 schwinns (prelude and tempo) that are built like this also. 60cm seat tube 57 top tube, loonnnggg head tube and I absolutely love them.
So I would say with your height you may have to change the stem but a 56cm (22in) top tube should work and I would defenitly get the bike.
