I have several Garneau bibs. The LBS carries the lower end Fit Sensor, and I did buy a pair from them. But they don't carry the higher-end Mondo Evos that I like for longer rides. I took to the web for those as well as a jersey or 3.

LBS are great when they have what you need in stock (in the right size and in the right color). But for clothes, I generally prefer to use the web.
