I use the TwoFish mounts. They make one with an integrated cage and one that you can mount your own cages to. The rubber is supple and provides a secure base. I replace the silly Velcro with zip ties.

I have one of the Minoura mounts as well, but I didn't care for the location and it didn't seem very secure on my Brooks Professional (it actually fell off on one occasion).
