I bought my bike of a catalogue for over £200 for general use about 5 months ago.

Now ever since i've had it there has been a lot of movement in the cassette. Lately there is a loud noise which sounds like something rubbing. I took my rear wheel off and you can see the right hand side axel is bent as you turn it with your hand. When turned you can clearly see its bent. On the left side its not bent as the thread where the nut screws on stays straight while turning.

I have a video here for you all to look at and listen.

Is the problem the cassette or does the freewheel need replaced? I'm told there is loads of ball bearings in the freewheel also, so im unsure about removing it.

Help is much appreciated.

Here is the video link -
A little wobble on freewheels is normal. Your video doesn't appear to be excessive.

Rubbing and bent axles aren't normal. I'd address the bent axle first. You'll need to remove it and assess if it is really bent. Park Tools has comprehensive repair guides here. How to disassemble and service the hub can be found here. You'll have to remove the freewheel first and how to do that can be found here.
