Looks a lot like many of the cyclo cross bikes recommended here. Only difference is that instead here you get the bike and then spend the next 5 years swapping out for the parts you want. Especially nice is the Shimano dynamo front wheel with B&M lights. However, other parts, like the Tektro cantis, are common round here.
In fact, it's set up very much like my current favorite ride (excepting of course the 5 years it took me to get there...)
