News story with a video:

You can't see a whole lot except that the road is almost pitch black, with no lighting whatsoever, and the car is stopped in the fast lane, with the bicycle (or something that looks like a bicycle) wedged underneath. The exact location where the car is stopped appears to be a bridge over a small creek on the edge between 5900 and 6000 blocks. The car was westbound and there is an unlit T-intersection with a side road (Barden Gate) about 450 feet east. It is probable that the cyclist was crossing the road at that intersection when he was hit.
450 feet is a long distance - 1 and 1/2 football fields. If you and I saw the same news video, the body (at least, something laying on the road, covered in white) is about 30 feet behind the stopped car. If he was hit at the intersection, seems both body and car should have come to a stop in less than 420-450 feet.
