Cold, cold commute for early March with temps in the mid-20s and a killer wind. I was happy though because our hot water actually worked at the office. They sent out an email on Friday saying they would be working on it over the weekend, and I fully expected a cold shower this morning. Our hot water heater has quit working about 4 times in the past six months.

The wind has been brutal here lately. Rode 52 miles with friends on Sunday, and I swear we had headwinds and crosswinds the entire ride. Our average speed with 5 people was slower than my typical pace riding solo. Temperatures were in the 30s most of the way, barely rising to the low 40s by the end of the ride. When I got home, I hardly had a drop of sweat on me after riding for 3:20 hours.
