You 'll need to pour the ammonia into the frame from top and the bottom , let it sit for awhile during this time use a rubber hammer to hit the post and frame to make sure the ammonia work it way in , do this every 15 mins and also try moving the post and in time it will break lose and come out . Yes I'm talking from experience , I have remove many seat posts and stems this way and it always work .
