Dang 3 for $50 is a great deal but that website looks like it was made by a kindergartner.

Never used tubulars before but if these wheels are ok I figure what better bike to start on than this one?

I may be putting the cart before the horse here so how do I go about checking the wheels to make sure they are ok?
