Took it easy this morning, and surprise, I was only 1 minute over 60. No sweat, no heavy breathing nothing. I was practicing single speed most of the way in preparation for my SS conversion. I suppose the heavy rides are already beginning to have effect. Also I need to rest for tomorrows training ride for Melbourne's around the bay in a day.
