Now the 'blame the cyclist' crowd is claiming cyclist are intentionally wearing camouflage, what next, claims that cyclist magically force drivers to over drive their headlights, or maybe force them to drive distracted or maybe claims that we are able to turn off motorist headlights.
She claims to not have seen the cyclist until AFTER hitting him. How does that happen even if the cyclist was crossing the road? It is an admission of distracted driving.
