Drove today because I am having a colonoscopy tomorrow and can't eat all day. All I can consume today are clear liquids, broth, jello and hard candies. That didn't seem like enough food to sustain my 30-mile commute. Won't be able to ride tomorrow as that is when I am having the procedure. Hopefully I will be back in the saddle on Thursday.
