Today I saved my self from bringing a knife to school and getting arrested. I remembered it was in my bag right before I got on the bus. My school has metal detectors and a x-ray scanner. I probably would have gotten arrested and later expelled or suspended.
One time my dumb ass tried walking through a metal detector at an airport with a knife because I was late for my flight and had forgotten it was in the side pocket of my cargo shorts. Even though it was an honest mistake, the security staff at Logan weren't too amused by a guy with dreadlocks and a huge beard trying to carry a knife onto a plane. It was enough of a fiasco to make me miss my flight.
