Generally speaking drugs (ie. test among others) do not cause a smell unless administered on the skin (ie Androgel) as there is an alcohol component to them.
I know she is a vegetarian, I wonder if she is taking a supplement that gives her the aroma. Too bad I'm not brave enough to ask.
