True story: friend of mine wanted to buy a pair of S2000 seats for his Civic project. Responds to a CL ad and sets up a meet, cost is $500 cash. He gets to the meet - a lit gas station at 11 at night- and waits a while. It's late, quiet, and kinda creepy.

Black SUV with blackout windows pulls up. Bass is up so lowd the windows are vibrating. When the door opens it's full of large, gangsta-type gentlemen with very serious faces. Driver gets out and he's clearly setting the attitude tone for the rest of the car.

Driver walks around to the back of the SUV, lifts the gate and puts two pristine S2000 bucket assemblies on the pavement. Friend, who up until this point has pretty much been expecting to be relieved of his cash and whatever else he has with him, hands over the $500. Seller doesn't even count it, just says "Done", gets back in the SUV and drives away.


Friend, who is 5'4", struggles for a half hour to get the S2000 assemblies into his CRV. Then goes home and launders his undies.
