Saddles are a very personal thing. However, most people seem to love brooks. I have a flyer (b17 w/springs) on a new touring bike and love it - handlebars are even wit saddle. On my road bike (has a bout 1.5-2 inches of drop), I went through about 5 saddles before I found one I liked. I ended up with a Fizik Aliante and I like it. I think finding the right saddle is a matter of trial and error, patience and little luck thrown in.
