Another possibility is a cheap triple MTB crank as these go down to a 20 or 22T granny ring and your Campy brifters will handle a triple. Obviously you will need a new compatible bottom bracket and have to lower your front derailleur but that would be the least expensive option.

A triple road crank could also be used and the 30T granny ring replaced with a 24T chainring.
