I don't really have a lot of insight other than to say that I've ridden the W&OD from Dulles to Leesburg. The W&OD is not my favorite trail and there are frequently hammerheads riding too fast with slow moving people and strollers to be safe. Anyway, other that that I don't really have any insights.
