If the Blackburn Delphi 3.0 really does have a cable over 5 feet long then it will definitely work for my Burley Koosah.
It's designed for rear wheel mounting. Some reviewers have complained that the thick cable is
too long. I'd rather have too long than too short. I can always wrap excess cable around the handlebar before screwing the mount tight.
The only problem is you probably won't be able to get the cadence sensor to work. It's designed to fit on a chainstay and the tubes at the front of a recumbent are too far away from the crank for the magnet to trigger the sensor. If you're determined enough, you can probably make some kind of mount adapter, but it's not possible out of the box. Or maybe some kind of spacer on the crankarm to move the magnet closer to the frame tubes.
