I hope you realize that we health care workers get a skewed view of aging. For example, most of the seniors I meet are patients on the Geri-psych Unit. But that doesn't mean that everybody over 65 is demented or insane. Most seniors are healthy and active, especially if they're into bike riding or other forms of daily exercise.
