What kind of lube? Chain lube is highly debated topic. Use whatever you like because everyone has their own opinion. I like dry lubes like Rock n Roll Gold and Boeshield T9, but some people don't.

Degreaser...I use Simple Green diluted to about 1:20.

Grease....again use whatever. I use Phil Wood because that's what the bike shop recommended when I asked them about greasing my pedals. Just make sure it is compatible with whatever you're putting it on. For example some greases don't play well with rubber or silicone gaskets. Seatpost grease...I have no experience with carbon anything but almost anything should suffice here.
