how many miles do you go between service?
i have about 1500 miles on my trek 930 since the last service, she still feels good, but im curious whats a good amount of miles to tear her down and build her back up again? kinda like the 3000 mile oil change for a bike...
im talking strip down to frame, recable, regrease, readjust etc...
