Again, not terribly useful if you don't happen to be near a gas station nor with low pressure air systems.

And which ones would those be? The Giyo pump? The Beto Double Headed pump? The Schwinn Telescoping pump? The Zefal Air Profil pump? The Bell Airstrike? Or, perhaps, the Bell Telescopic? All 6 a capable of pumping up either valve and all 6 are available at Walmart for less than $30. Many of them are available for less than $10. I didn't see "lots of pumps on for sale that do NOT have any way to pump up a Presta valved tube." In fact, Walmart doesn't list a single pump that doesn't pump up both types of valves.
