The Nexus is the only one that I am aware of, I have played with the Samsung 10 and it had a card expansion slot on it. Unlocking and rooting is not a huge deal, especially if you do it right away. My work just bought 30 Nexus 7 tablets to use as an electronic media storage system for our job sites.

My wife is an Apple person, they drive me nuts because I can't change the settings the way I want to.
