I have a topeak floor pump that came with a Dunlop adapter:

I do seem to be able to pump it up without the adapter but the adapter does give a bit more secure fit.

My Workcycles Transport bike came with Dunlop valves. When the front tube got cut somehow, I replaced it with a tube with a Schraeder valve, which fit the rim just fine. So far the back tire hasn't punctured. A good thing too, because getting that back wheel off is no joke!
