you'll probably have a lot better luck getting the IRD than the GB version.
Yes, they look exactly the same. The small specification numbers on the chain-ring look like a perfect match. (AL7-CNC 3/32"x46T-BCD144).
I found a blog page where someone has laid out the various "Campy" style copies.
