You would think so. They have them but the chamfer is too short by 5mm from 2 LBS. They only have the size shown. I have spend more on gas going shopping for them than their worth.
Back in the day we stocked every cotter size in the catalogs and this was back in '84 when bikes still used cotters. Even then I still had to file them by hand to fit.
My advice....buy the proper diameter and file the chamfer as needed.
