Does it have to be branded "GB?"

The crank looks like a copy of the old Campy "Record" and many other manufacturers (Galli, OMAS, Gipiemme, Ofmega, Stronglight, Sugino, Sakae Ringyo, and probably more) made similar copies. Both the Campy and its various imitators should be widely available on e.g. eBay.
