how is it in Canada, do you have the same "ban" on unpasteurized dairy products that the US has?
also, IIRC, food in MTL was crazy expensive, on par with Norway/Switzerland. I was shocked at diary prices when I was there last. my buddy mentioned a diary "cartel", so to speak.
Well - some clown TRIED to get something like that passed here but Quebecers like their cheeses too much - we threw it out. One of the biggest cheese/dairy distributors here is Saputo. The word 'cartel' might be well chosen.
