I have the front and rear Ortlieb roller classics and am very happy with the durability, waterproofness and the ease with which they attach to the frame. I do wish Ortlieb would incorporate at least one outside pocket on the classics. I guess that is what the handlebar bag is for. A friend of mine thinks Arkel make a superior pannier. I have never tried them so I don't know. I also have had a cheap set from Performance which are actually decent panniers. They have a less convenient attachment system but they are durable and for the money not a bad buy.
