Help me decide on wheels!

Ok.. I've narrowed down my choices. I kinda want to run tubeless, so that kinda narrowed things down in my price range. I deffinitely don't want to spend more than 300 bucks if at all possible. Here are some of the options I'm considering.

These seem like nice wheels. Disc specific, but I don't think I can run tubeless with them. Strength seems like it may be an issue since there's so few spokes, but who knows.

"Description
Lightweight and strong MTB XC disc wheels, tough enough to handle the abusive speeds that disc brakes allow, and feathery enough to not weigh you down on the climbs! Paired spoke lacing provides exceptional impact strength and lateral rigidity. Alex EXA Disc-specific rims feature stainless steel eyelets, and are laced with stainless black spokes to sealed cartridge bearing hubs with forged/CNC hub bodies.

They're very nice looking wheels, too.

Here's my other option, which seems to be a sweet deal. Tubeless rims (Mavic 3.1s) on XT hubs.

This wheelset leverages two of the most important technologies to appear on the mountain bike scene in recent memory - tubeless tires and disc brakes. Features black Shimano Deore XT disc-ready hubs, laced via silver double-butted spokes with brass nipples to all-black Mavic X3.1 disc-specific UST tubeless rims.

The Deore XT hubs feature double contact sealing to prevent water, mud, and dirt from reaching the bearings; extending service life and maintaining smooth operation in all environments. International standard rotor mounts.

The Mavic X3.1 UST rims are disc ready and offer lightweight performance thanks to the Maxtal SUP welded rim. UST technology means these wheels are ready for the latest UST compatible tubeless tires - step up to tubeless and start enjoying fewer pinch flats and lower tire pressure today!

This item includes front and rear wheel, quick releases, and rim tape. Please note that this item will not work with conventional rim brakes.

Rims: Mavic X3.1, disc specific
Hubs: Shimano Deore XT Disc, black
Spokes and Nipples: Double-butted, silver, brass nipples

Weight: Front: 960 grams (without skewer)
Rear: 1130 grams (without skewer)

Color: Black rims and hub, silver spokes "

These rims are several hundred grams heavier, but I'll be saving weight with the tubeless tires anyway, plus Mavic is a name I trust. Sorry, there's no picture for this one.

The first option is 200 bucks, but I can't run tubeless, and the second option is 239 bucks. So what do you guys think? The first rims are nice looking, and pretty damn light, but I can't run tubless with those. Is there a way to convert a non-tubeless rim to tubeless? Would that be an option at all? Thanks for the help guys
