Fighting a cold. Have road race on sat with a forecast of mid 30 temps and rain and wind. Can't wait!
Monday = Kicking around on my 1993 GT Timberline mtb. I did some sprints and hit 31.8mph on it and was pretty happy with that.
Tuesday = rested
Wednesday = Easy rollers with a few spin-ups
Thursday = 45 min Tempo on rollers
Friday = Easy outside ride with a few short spin-ups and race pace intervals
Sat = Try to get a decent warmup and hope that I have prepared enough over the winter
