No one, myself included, concluded that it was gray market, but speculated that it might be. No one, myself included, wished the OP out of $120 - this was explicitly stated. Several, myself included, explicitly stated that the OP should go back to the original seller to have them address the issue. Some, myself included, stated that warranty protocol is there for a reason and that the OP shouldn't damn SRAM/Zipp until following through with that protocol. Guess what got the wheels turning - that exact advice.
