Ok, so it ain´t a PX-10. But what the heck ist it?

Another one for the Peugeot experts.
Seller is advertising it as mid-70s.
Pictures aren´t great, sorry.

Any of you chaps know what it is? And if it´s worth a bid?

I have searched, by the way, sorry if this is a particularly well-known model. The lugs confuse me a bit.
