Ps. To rk and TKP, I'm sure it wouldn't be that bad if I brought more than a 150 calorie granola bar on a 2000 calorie buring ride..I don't prepare at all. As for clothing I have everything I need but my toes on both feet are freezing! My rents told me my shoes could be too tight, I'll test that out next time.

Also, calories are your friend. No wonder you felt like crap.
