Sorry I didn't see this earlier, I went shopping, had dinner, etc, etc. The serial number is on the seat tube, on the drive side, near the top, and it's 71C4625. I'm sure it's an Atala, as it still has most of the stickers (not decals), including a large one with atala on the downtube, and a very small one saying giro d'italia on the strongly sloped top tube (this is a mixte frame). It's definitely lugged, I see, but the lugs on the headtube section are really smooth, like feathered in or something. (?)
