In the USA, Raleigh Pro's were just a nick too small or big as they skipped sizes, either size of what my height works best with.
If the top tube is also a good fit for you, it appears like a frame in reasonable original shape.

When you state "10 speed" group, if you wish to install a modern 10 cog rear wheel in the frame it will have to be spread to accept it, this frame probably came with 126mm rear spacing and you will need 130 mm. And double check the brake fitment.
