I was waiting at a stoplight about a block from my office. The street is 3 lanes, 1 way. I'm in the far left lane, in the center of the lane, a few feet behind the car in front. I notice in my peripheral vision the bumper and hood of a car. It's a Honda Pilot just trying to nose into my space. I think I was more shocked than afraid.

EFF that. I turned and gave her the upturned hand "WTF?" sign. I couldn't tell if the driver was intentional or negligent, but either way it was pretty provocative. The light turned green and I went, all the time hoping she was just a clueless moron and not a sociopath who was now going to run me down in broad daylight on L Street.

I'm sitting at my desk now, so I guess we can conclude she was just a clueless moron.
