Even if you consider yourself a "noob" I still appreciate the amount of input I received from you.
I have a bike that I built a motorized bicycle out of. It's a pretty big frame and seems to fit me quite nicely. It has straight handlebars and is pretty much like a hybrid steel framed bike branded "Performance". I think I measured it's frame correctly, but I measured the back tube from the bottom where the corner of the triangle is to the top where the seat is and I think it was 21" which is almost 54cm. But that's assuming I measured it correctly.

I looked up some videos on wheel truing, seems easy to do. Trying to kinda learn to fine tune a bike just to be ready if I decide to get a bike from bikesdirect.
I'd like to know how much you paid for the tires because you told me you replaced those.
How are the brake pads doing?
