Your wife needs a better tri club and you need to generalize less.
I can assure you that not all clubs are alike.
I just came back from the Sunday morning ride with my club and we specifically practiced team drafting and how to keep yourself and your team out of the wind.
All this in the light of training for the Belgian championship team triathlon, which takes place in a few months.
We did hold our lines, except may be for some newbies ... but weren't we all newbies once?
Trust me when I say that some guys in my tri club can out-ride nearly everyone in this thread.
