Thanks, and I'll let you know how things turn out. I know I'll be getting a new frame, I'm just wondering if they'll do something extra for my inconvenience and lost ride time. Another thing I just remembered is that when I was talking to the Trek rep about how happy I was with the warranty service on the last bike, I mentioned that I was a member of bikeforums and that we had thousands of members, many of whom were watching how my frame replacement progressed last time. Who knows, maybe that'll help.
