A 4:30 would be pretty ambitious of me. I'm reasonably sure I can be in 4:40-4:45 shape. Not sure about 4:30. I'll know more as we get closer. It would be awesome to have a decent super-clyde group for Taupo. I've talked with a couple of the big guys I've seen at recent events and everyone seems to agree. There are more than a few of us who would fit in the 4:30-4:50 start group.
You guys are talking about doing 160km in 4:30, am I right? Reassure me by telling me it's a flat course, please.
