Right scapula issue rearing it's head. Moved a chair last Monday. Now it feels like someone has placed a wedge between a rib and my scapula. I think the old dislocated rib may have popped out again. Training status - none.
Found out while getting a deep tissue massage yesterday I have some issues there as well. Then wrenched it pulling a 495 deadlift. F@CK
