The Takara did fit nicely and I saw no problems with it so I bought it off the guy for $270. I'm pretty happy with my purchase and hope to fix it up it the near future. I'm going to take it to a local bike shop to see if it needs anything immediately. I was really surprised by how light the bike is. I can easily pick it up and hardly notice the weight. Thanks a lot for your help guys and I hope to learn a lot about bikes here.
