I lived for a while in a small town in AZ. You have to pack heat there to give you an idea of the culture. I had this Ford F-150 I'd picked up cheap, dull silver paint flaking off, smashed up left front corner from some accident before I had it, not a wussmobile. I'd drive along, minding my own business, and other drivers of trucks would, I'm not kidding, when coming the opposite way, make like they were going to hit me! It was weird! I learned how to deal with it though, I'd see someone start to do that and start to head toward THEM, and things got much more polite. It was very strange.

Just remember the old pump in the spokes trick........
