Yup, that works too. I like the 8 minuters for some reason -- 4 fewer minutes of pain?

I do a lot of fairly unstructured and highly variable hard riding in the summer with my group. One of the local coaches advised me to put a 45 minute max NP chart on my WKO+ dashboard and use that as an estimate to track FTP when I'm on hiatus from doing FTP tests. When I've checked it, that tracks really well with the estimates from the FTP tests as well as with what power I'm able to sustain when on the pull, for instance.
