Precise and consistent in a sense that everytime that everytime she goes out on a ride, it will perform exactly the same. Accurate or innacurate, it will perform the same, therefore, she will know when she's pushing the needle.
Another point that Ray made was that on averages is is accurate.
More and more reviews are coming out. A guy that I rode with a couple of weekends ago had one, and he kept calling out his power comparing to another guy w/ a quarc (similar weight) and it was relatively close. Perhaps, this is the point that you keep missing, that for the price point, some are finding it adequate for their needs.
